BAKED EGGS
I decided to try baked eggs… turns out, I love them
WINNER! BANTING RECIPE
Ingredients
2 eggs (per person)
feta
slices of jalapenos (to taste)
salt and pepper
Directions
Add eggs to an oven safe bowl
Bake at 180* for 15 minutes
Add the feta and jalapenos and put back into the oven for another 5 minutes (or until eggs are set)
