INGREDIENTS
- 8 sundried tomato pieces (dry if you can find)
- good handful fresh basil
- 50g almonds
- 1T – 2T olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- pinch coarse salt
DIRECTIONS
- Add the almonds to a blender and pulse until well chopped
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined
- Add more oil of you would like a saucier pesto, I like it fairly dry
