ingredients
- 1/2 head cabbbage – shredded
- 2T butter
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup cranberries
- salt and pepper to taste
instructions
- On a low heat, melt the butter in a big pot
- Add the cabbage and vinegar, and give it a good stir
- Put the lid on and cook for about an hour, stirring occasionally
- Add the cranberries, and cook for another 15 minutes
- Serve!
