Ingredients:
- 1 cup sunflower seed flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c xylitol
- 1 c milk
- 2 T melted butter
- 4t baking powder
- small pinch of salt
Directions:
- Beat the eggs, adding the xylitol
- Add half the milk and the melted butter and whisk together
- Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix well
- Gently stir in the rest of the milk and mix until you have a smooth batter
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a medium hot pan, and turn once bubbles form on the top
- Serve with full cream yoghurt and strawberries
