almond “creamed cheese”

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g almonds, soaked overnight
  • 1T lemon juice
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Drain the almonds
  2. Add everything to a blender
  3. Blend on high, scraping down the sides every couple of seconds until smooth and creamy
  4. Season to taste
